$1800 worth of powder and primers from Powder Valley. Hated to pay the price! Prices may come down and they may not.

I didn’t actually buy one but I’ve been wanting an Ruger Precision Rifle in 22LR for a year or bit longer but when the opportunity came time to lay the money down I bought a Ruger 5.7 pistol instead.

I was at our local fun show this past weekend and talking to a vender about AK’s and mentioned I had quite a few parts leftover from some DIY builds I’d done a few years ago, so I went home and got them.
Long story short, he was a flake but had a couple other venders come take a look at them and I sold them to another vendor. Then we started talking about builds and I also had a tub of leftover HK 91/G3 parts. He introduced me to his boss who was into HK’s and just happened to have a RPR 22LR in inventory and he traded me straight across for these leftovers I’d had under my bench for 10+ years … so we both win!

I have not shot anything in some time due to health issues, but I want that to change soon. When we moved into this house I was in a coma so everything got moved into the garage and I mean I can't find much of what I had. I have lots of ammo but in the past few days have bought a range bag, range glasses, hearing muffs, gun cleaning stuff and hope to get out there soon.

LOL, It wasn't quite that bad! 8# H110, 2# of 4064, 2# Of Benchmark, 1# of Tac, 10,000 Primers and 500 Sierra 30 Caliber bullets. Was still a long way from pre-pandemic prices!

I hope your health situation improves and that you can find all of your stuff.

I had 2 orders arrive yesterday. They were charged to my credit card before yesterday. Does that count?
My 9mm bullets that I ordered from American Reloading on the 8th arrived and the Powder Valley order with powder, primers and 30 caliber bullets arrived. Both late yesterday afternoon.
I got excited for a minute to two. I was browsing Powder Valley's website and noticed that they showed Lapua 222 brass in stock. I clicked on it to order 500 pieces and they didn't have but 300 in stock. Disappointment, Disappointment! :(

I bought a 2nd SIG P365 yesterday. It will compliment the other P365 I have and they'll take turns, one being in my range bag and the other being a carry gun switching them off every few months.

My Sig Kilo 2000 crapped out, just out of the five year warranty, didn't use it a whole lot, quite disappointed. It was pricey.

Ordered this Halo Optics 3000 on sale at Midway, hope it does better for me. The Sig worked great, until it didn't.

A 2002 SP101 DA/SA 2.25" 357 Magnum to replace a DAO SP101 2.25" I sold when I got frustrated with shooting it poorly. After a year missing it I replaced it and now on a mission to get good with it.
