Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

I don't buy gun stuff...... My rascal dog does. My Wife and I had to go pick up a Single Action .22 saturday he ordered online. She forgives him easier than me. It works for motorcycles too.

I picked up a Heritage Rough Rider. With my club points it was a tad under $100 which I figured was good for a plinker. The gun is fun to shoot and works as it should. It is however quite bit of a cheaper gun than id expect. The finish is awful and looks like it was touched up with paint in spots. It also has scratches. It looks like a used pistol. The plastic loading gate and safety is kinda underwhelming. I don't really care because its just a cheap take to the woods and fire a bunch of ammo at cans gun.

The Academy Sports store is about 20 miles from my house, but I was in that town this morning on business and figured that I would buy some ammo, as it is cheaper than the LGS's near me (I do buy ammo at the "mom n' pops" quite often so I don't feel guilty). I got a 50 round box of "Monarch" Brazilian made .40 S&W 180 grain FMJ's and a 15 round box of 12 gauge rifled Winchester "Super X" 2 3/4 slugs. I have been concentrating recently on getting as many 12 gauge defense appropriate shells as possible by dribs and drabs over the next couple of months. My stockpiles of 9mm, 5.56/.223 and 7.62X39 are where I want them to be. 12 gauge defense orientated ammo, not so much. I will also buy some .22LR in small amounts. .380 and .40 S&W I shoot mainly just for fun , so they won't be my focus.

Dang, you DO take nice pictures.
Does that make it easy to grab? Good shock absorber at the range?

Bought a new scope from Bushnell its a 1.5-4.5x32, for $89.24 shipped. Its a Korean made scope and great woods scope. I heard that its being discontinued so, I bought it for my unfired 1997 H & R SB-2 45/70 White Tails Unlimited edition rifle. I have that scope on a couple of Marlins, and like it very much.
To bad they are discontinuing it.

This morning I happened to be in the small city that has an Academy Sports store. I was having a radiator installed by one of those "repair while you wait" places nearby. It took four hours but it beats having to beg your friends for rides to the mechanic. To celebrate the repair of my car I bought a five round box of Remington 12 gauge 2 3/4 00 buck. I also picked up a 50 round box of "Monarch" branded 95 grain .380 FMJ's made in Brazil. I have been shooting a lot of .380's of late. I own three. I'm almost 100% certain the Monarch will run in my Ruger Security .380 and Ruger LCP. My Bersa Thunder hates Tula, Perfecta and Sellier and Bellot. It's jam free with Winchester and PMC. I will reserve a few rounds to shoot in the Bersa to check it out. If the Bersa likes to eat the Monarch stuff, I will buy a lot more of it as the price is good

Does a box of the Stanley version of T50 staples for the range bag/Bench-in-a-Box crate count.
Works for me! ;)

My latest purchase is more hunting related than gun related but I just ordered 2 350# all steel deer feeders from tractor supply. Finally got tire of patching holes in plastic barrels!

A J and K frame grip adapter. Rubber grip for a Charter Arms revolver. And a used S&W branded holster for a four inch K-frame. I have a couple of those. They are basic, but well made.
