I don't know personally, never used it, but I hear that HXP brass is good quality. That is, if you reload.

The new red dot sight showed up yesterday. A Sig Sauer Romeo 5 with a 2 MOA dot. It's the first time I ever got a decent quality red dot. My first two were some ultra cheapo units that I got just to see if I like red dots. Turns out I do, and the el cheapos are still working and I enjoyed them. Haven't decided which gun this will go on first but I'm looking forward to it.

I just found these for the Colt New Frontier I just bought that currently wears atrociously bad fitting Pachmayrs. Surprisingly, the cheapest option for decent wood grips I could find.

Ordered up another 1k .452 coated 200 gr SWC yesterday from Eggleston. (I first tried three times to order some plated SWC from Xtreme to give those a try, but their website was wonky and it wouldn’t go through.)

Standard Beads, 5.8 Lbs, although weights vary a bit.
After wrist surgery it took four months or so before I could use even the light pint sized GC. I have now worked up to the heavy Pint Sized GC (5 Lb) and can handle my Schmedium heavy fill, which is right at 8 Lbs, and was my bag of choice prior to surgery, for short periods now.

Stopped at Academy Sports on my way back from vacation. I bought two items; a 25 round box of Monarch 2 3/3 inch, 7 1/2 shot 20 gauge shells and a 50 round box of Monarch 115 grain FMJ steel-case 9mm. I'm fortunate that all three of my 9mm's like the steel-cased ammo.

My new replacement Blackhawk S/S/ came in from Ruger yesterday. Finish was nicer than the old one that i had destroyed. Sent back my old grips to as I requested.

Kind of a stretch but I just sent the Arkansas State Police $52 to renew my CCW.
Me too, a better bag for the binoculars I use at centerfire matches. The factory one has a seriously piss poor clasp.
