Hearing protection

Any suggestions as to good electronic hearing protection for carbine courses?

Tons of threads on this, but the short version is -

Use plugs with muffs and make sure both have the highest NRR you can find/afford. For electronic muffs the Peltor or Howard Leight products are recommended. The Pro Ears are recommended by many as well.

Make sure the safety glasses you use disturb the pads of the muffs as little as possible. Straps instead of ear pieces are preferable for this purpose.

I use the howard leight electronic ones. They seem to work great and are alot cheaper than others.
