Speer and Norma both make 100gr flat based bullets. Hornady makes a 95gr SST.
Availability is going to be spotty on all 3. Good luck finding them.
If your willing to run a boat tail. I used a 100 interlock. It was a pretty good bullet.

I have 6mm 100 grain Nosler partitions that are flat base.

Don't know where they got em, but about a year ago, Midway was selling a 100 count box of Nosler partitions in a box with a Midway label. Price was same as 50 count box from Nosler.

Speer used to make a 105-grain flat-based spitzer but it’s been discontinued. The OP might be able to find some, somewhere, but I see no advantage to an extra 5 grains.

.

Curious, why flat base? What benefit does a heavy flat base have over a heavy boat tail?
