Handled one today. Tempted. Very tempted. Having multiple grip panels to change out is certainly a nice feature. Fits my hand much better than any other pistol, but I'm curious to see how the .45 feels when it comes out. Course, with the cost of ammo, I might just have to buy a 9mm in order to afford to shoot it.

It looks like an interesting gun, but I honestly don't see why one would buy it over a cheaper alternative such as a GLOCK, XD, M&P or 1911.

If I had to go for an HK pistol, I'd like a USP Expert.

I'm not saying it's a bad gun at all, I just don't care for it much.

i as well, i like the original look of the usp and there is something about the original usp's that if i was to get an h&k that would have to be a usp.

i have shot the p2000 and i liked it for accuracy and feel to my hand but the trigger wasn't so good, not mushy just long. so the accuarcy would have even been better if the trigger would have worked out for me.

Have not shot a P30, but I have shot the new HK45/HK45 compact.

Nice guns. Preferred the compact. The HK45 is a taller (overall and frontstrap)gun than the USP45 but holds 2 less rounds (10 v 12). Liked the new paddle type ambi mag releases; better than the old "nubs".

Tried the HK416(5.56)/417(7.62) and MP7 too BTW. Very nice. Not sold on the 4.7mm, but it was very easy to hit with.

Looks like an HK clone of the Walther P99 - with a hammer.
