I am trying to ask some one a question about a forcing cone, but he doesn't know what a forcing cone looks like. Can some one please post a pic of a forcing cone. Maybe a pic of a good one and a damaged one?

    Thank you in advance,

    Fred

Just curious, but why would you want to ask someone a question about a forcing cone if they don't even know what it is???? I am sure you have a valid reason, but the comment just didn't make sense to me...

    Sorry... I'll explain

I'm planning on buying a revolver from someone who is an "auto guy", and is not familiar with revolvers and their parts. I was trying to get him to describe it to me so that I might be better able to judge its condition.

I think my blue 38 will photograph better. Let me try later tonight, no time right now.
