Help ID This Firearm Cleaning Tool

Found this recently, looks like a rifle cleaning tool with chamber brush and two additional swing-out tools for .....???? The only marking on it looks like a T superimposed over an N. (Or a Z with a sideways T over it!) Can anyone ID what rifle this device is for and what the two swing-out tools are used for? Many thanks.
