I'm not allow to reload here in Ireland! So I have no manuals or friends that have bullet manuals etc etc because of government fears about such things!!
Im trying to find the length and possibly any other dimensions of the 60gr SP .224 horandy bullet which is found in their 220 Swift offerings.
Why do i need the length and other dimensions ?? well I own a rem700 with a measured twist of 1 in 13.6"
In order for me to get some of this ammo i have to order a pile of it! and its around $40 for 20no!!
I want to see if my twist will stabilise these rounds using software prior to committing to a large order!
the software asks for secant radius, metapat dia, curved length & overall bullet length
look lads I'm a total novice with all things reloading but I'm always willing to learn and I'm asking for some help!!
I tried looking on line but I dont really know where to begin so I thought of the place and thought this would the best spot to ask!
thanks in advance for any help!
