Anyone know what make, model of gun this is?

I am thinking it could be of .50cal variant (with a very large muzzle break and heat shield) or maybe an anti-aircraft gun???

Looks like a 20mm Finnish Lahti, but the muzzle-brake makes me think it's been converted to .50BMG.

no it is semi auto and fires from a five or ten round box magazine
they sold them in the US after WWII for $99

That is the venerable finnish "EARGOSPLITZENLOUDENGOBOOMER" !!!! lolol sorry i had to do it. And yes that is actually a cartridge name, it is a .50bmg necked down to .223. didnt work very well though, the bullet vaporized leaving the barrel. lol
