:banghead:According to Serial number look up on ruger website it was manufactured in 1977... It is an all metal receiver. I have removed the 5/32 allen bolts and the block... can not get the barrel out... Any sugestions?

Put the barrel in a vise with wooden jaw inserts and twist the receiver. Maybe a shot of WD40 and a few taps with a brass mallet would help too.

It's fairly common! Rotate back and forth. If that doesn't do it then heat it with a hair dryer. One's steel and the other is aluminum. It'll come!

Just pull the bolt back and let it spring forward and whack the barrel. A few hits are almost always enough to start the barrel.

Use Kroil It'll penetrate better than anything on the market.
