Help with Cartridge ID

Please help me ID this cartridge found on the range.

Note these are 'fired' measurements.
OAL: 2.184
neck:0.338
OD at shoulder bottom:0.472
OD at case bottom:0.496
OD case head:0.496

The base of the case is marked as follows:
12oclock: 10
3oclock: A
6oclock: 82
9oclock: appears to be a D.

It is a berdan primed brass case.

I believe you've got a 7.5x55mm Swiss case, according to the measurements and headstamp.
