Help with Ruger Mark I

    Where can I find GOOD instructions on how to put this blasted Ruger Mark I .22lr back together again?? :banghead:

    Simply downlaod the manual fro the Ruger site for now and Monday give them a call and they'll send you a free copy.
    Also maybe check at www.RimfireCentral.com or www.RugerForum.com for any additional needs on it.

    Already got manual

    problem is installing that back piece in. I can get it in but bolt will not come back. Aggravating!:what:

    Believe it or not

    I tried following those instructions last night and I still can't get this thing right! Only problem is getting that little loose piece inside aligned right with that last piece that fits in the back. :confused:

    You need to pull the trigger and use a pencil or something to push the hammer and hammer strut forward. When the hammer strut is above the cross pin in the frame, you can put the bolt stop back in. You have to hold the muzzle straight up when you close the mainspring housing.
