help with scope mount

I have had the stripper clip removed from one of my Military Mauser 98 actions so that I can get a scope mount with two mounting screws at the rear for greater mounting strength. I have been using a Leupold 9988 mount but it has only one rear mounting screw and the base comes loose constantly even though I use Locktite. Does anyone know if there is a base with two rear mounting holes to suit this modified 98 action?:
