Herbert Schmidt .22lr Grips?

My Dad recently gave me his old Herbert Schmidt 22, I don't know the model # off hand but I can get it, it did say LA Deputy on the bottom (pretty sure thats what it said). Anyways, I was cleaning it using break free and stupid me I didn't take the grips off and the cleaning fluid began to melt the grips. Does anyone know where I can find reproduction grips, aftermarket grips, or know of a grip that will fit?
