Hi-Point carbine & adding a tactical rail

How do I add a tactical rail to the factory stock? I want to install a flashlight and work up a better sling. Any comments apreciated, my hi-point carbine is one of my favorite guns.

Just doing a basic google search for 'hipoint carbine rail', I came up with this.

The ATI stock seems to be a popular 'upgrade'.

what about installing rails on the factory stock? I don't care for the ati stock

Come on, someone else on this forum must have customized a hi-point carbine in factory stock. I don't like the look or feel of the ATI stock.

Again, I found this on Google. Looks like you just drill some holes in the factory stock.
