I have the 995TS, and it shoots really well, I've shot over 1000+ rounds without a hiccup. BTW I've got a ProMag 15 round Magazine also and it shoots just as well as the 10 rounders. I've got the front grip on mine and a cheap Bariska Reflex scope and it held a 2.75" group at 50 yards using the hood of my truck for a rest (note that's 10 rounds) DSCN0422.jpg

The wife and I both have a 4095 for plinking. Just the factory iron sights. I'll run them out there 100 yards, without a lot of accuracy, but we can hit the paper. No bench shooting or anything. I'd say we've got 6 or 7 hundred rounds through them. Not one problem. for no more than they cost, it's a great little gun.

Mine shoots every kind of FMJ ammo that I can stuff in it w/o any problems, but it hates the cheap Remington JHP 115gr ammo that I picked up at Wal-mart the last time I was there. It fails to feed on exactly round 7 or 8 out of EVERY magazine when I use that ammo. Irritating, but all that I have to do to clear it is rack the bolt and it chambers the stuck round fine..... weird. Anyone else have the same or a simular problem with their carbine?

Below is my 995 in a painted ATI stock I got used off a local forum last year. It was lacking a front sight and a certain screw and has a pointless shroud on barrel end though it "looks balanced" I guess. It was possibly the best deal I've come across personally. For the cost, I like it. I will say comb height on the stock is perfect for cheek weld with the cheap PA red dot. I can't compare differences to any original stock though.

I may take it to another Appleseed for some carbine fun on one of the ranges that does not allow center-fire except in pistol caliber. It's happily eaten all reloads and steel ammo I fed it. I don't take it out real often. I will vouch for HP customer service as it came with an extra broken magazine missing parts and I sent them in and they sent me a replace magazine.
