Not sure if this is the right place but when a company stands behind products and takes responsibility for mistakes I thought it my responsibility to share it you all.
Let me tell you my lil story.
We do a lot of plinking so we reload surplus pulled bullets A LOT!!!
I got 1k 308 147gr, 500ea 310, 500 312, 1k 55gr 223 all were good really good except for the 223 about 50 really out of round and 30 or so 62gr now I got these 5mo ago, Shot Hi-tech an e-mail and with out question they sent me 500 perfect bullets at no charge no shipping no B.S. they said an employee mixed in some bad ones.
Not only is the service the best if your looking for good plinkers at the lowest price I have found I have looked and bought thousands.
So often we whine and complain about poor service and products it's really nice to be treated so well that I would do this. Thats my story and I'm sticking with Hi-Tech!!

Dan & Steve are Great guys , but no way would I had complained about that with pulled bullets , kind of nature of the beast then never seen a batch of 62gr without a few 55gr.

I have purchased from them on many occasions over the past few years and received top quality products and service.

+2 Just wish they would get some more 62gr 855's in stock. They've been out for quite a while.

I'd like to buy something; but it's never in stock with them. I've checked at least 30 times and the popular items are never in stock. I gave them my email address so they could send flyers. Nothing.

What's the trick with Hi-Tech? Do they actually exist?

^^^I had that problem with some sellers on the net with my credit card. Now I will just place a phone call and let them deal with the CC security on their end. Seems I never have those problems with anyone anymore.:D Try it.
