HI VIS H3 Litewave tritium day/night front sight for GP100

I'm considering ordering one of these for my Ruger GP100. It's the typical green FO with a ring of tritium around the end of it for day and night use. Anyone here have experience with this sight?

My SP101 came with a fiber optic sight. It works well for my ageing eyes. My GP100 i painted the front sight florescent orange. It helped.
