I have an opportunity to buy BRAND-NEW pre-ban 16 round High Capacity magazines for a Walther P99. The cost is $70.00 each with free shipping. I have a couple questions:

    1) Is this a fair price for these magazines?

    2) Will they fit both the standard P99 and the P99 QA?

    Thanks in advance .....

GrantLee, that is a very good price. That is what I paid for mine and it is the lowest I've been able to find. The mags will fit both the P99 and P99QA.

Are these aftermarket or factory mags? I would say really good deal for factory mags, ok deal for aftermarket.

How many mags do you intend on buying?

I think you will find this site to have a far better price if you are considering more than just one or two when you factor in the shipping.

    Kaehny GmbH

    See their auction prices at...
    GunBroker.com

The magazines that you have the price on are the "Turkish" export magas that were originally intended to have a 15 round capacity. For the most part, sellers are replacing the 15 round springs with those intended for 16 round mags.

There is nothing wrong with this but you will find that the mag bodies will have witness holes for both 8-12-16 and 5-10-15.

    "caveat emptor" ;)

You might want to try these people. They have a website. Don't know what the URL is-- sorry.
