Is there any current info on HP hicap mags?

    No.

    You can't have it.

There are no known plans to make any hi-cap Hi-Point mags.

Seriously, if you want an inexpensive 9mm that will take larger, and commonly-available mags, just buy one of the used Smith and Wesson 915's off Gunbroker. About the same money, and people won't make fun of your gun. Besides, if you can afford ammo to fill up "hi-cap" mags, you can afford the extra $100 for the used Smith and Wesson.

HiPoint only takes single stack magazines so there won't be any true "high capacity" magazines, just extended ones that quickly become unwieldy.
