Jeez and I thought this crap only happened over here. As someone whose handguns have been banned and self-defence rights eroded I find it incredible that there are Americans who don’t exercise their right to own guns to protect their lives, their loved ones and their livelihoods. We are sometimes referred to as sheep on THR because we can’t own guns for self-defence but surely someone who can own a gun and chooses not is truly a sheep.
As you know, sheep are not defined by the country they happen to live in, and although there is still an extraordinary number of non-sheep in the US, I would say that the majority of the population are sheep. From
The Brothers Karamazov: "Anyone who can appease a man's conscience can take his freedom away from him." That's just how most people are, and there are always a bunch of highly belligerent sheep (many of whom are wolves in sheep's clothing) who strive to make everybody else into sheep, by force of law whenever possible. Between countries, the difference is simply a matter of the degree to which the belligerent sheep (abbreviated henceforth appropriately as BS) have dominated over the populations.
Don’t these people understand how important your second amendment is and what it stands for!!?
Nope...that is, except for the wolves pretending to be sheep--they know all too well and they want all of our guns, pronto! Even in the US, most people automatically associate guns with murder and mayhem. This is because the BS control most of the media as well as our sad excuse for an education system. We non-sheep have to educate our own in important matters such as this (probably as it should be anyway), and constantly fight to protect the US Constitution and Bill of Rights from all of the BS in power who ignore it. In fact, we've been losing ground over time until the last 15 years or so, during which the tide of battle has apparently turned, although we're still losing in some places, such as California, despite the sizable number of non-sheep residing there.
This concludes today's report on the ovine dementia pandemic.
