My hk93 flings brass about 25' at 2 o’clock in front of the firing line so I do not get a chance to see the spent cases very often. Today a shell bounced off my spotting scope and got a chance to look at it and the neck was bent and fouling showing the flutes from the chamber. So I borrow a brass catcher and grab another and it looks the same. My C93 does not seem as violent on cases but I don’t see them very often either because it ejects way in front of the firing line as well.

See the pic below, the ammo was new PMC, is this normal for a spent case from a 93? Should I get this looked at? None of my other rifles mangle the brass like this. Thanks.

That's normal. I've seen .308 cases fired from CETME/HK91 rifles with almost completely crimped closed necks from ejection.
