+1 for Don Hume, the open top paddle holsters are really nice they keep the little khar close to your body and high at the same time!

I purchased a Extreme High Ride holster from c rusty sherrick.com. for my Kahr
PM9 and am very happy with it. It hugs the body making it very discreet. It is make from horsehide which means it is very thin and stronger than cowhide.
Check him out and if you like what you see, call him, he's very helpful if giving advice.

I really like the Ultra Concealment Rig (UCR) from Threat Solutions at www.threatsolutions.com

I carry my Kahr MK9 in it, or I should say, I use to wear it. This weekend my wife decided that it was her holster for her PM9 and I had to find another.

K & D Holsters make some great inexpensive and custom rigs. Here are two versions I have for OWB (one for a Glock and one for my Kahr)

I use a Mitch Rosen Express open-top for my P9 and CW9. It's the best I found after a rather exhaustive search. For my needs/body type, anyway. Very comfortable.
