I'll concede to Seminole's point concerning the grammatical aspect of "the" in front of "cops." Although, it’s a slogan and if you put “A” at the beginning I think it lacks the punch that you usually hope to achieve with a slogan.

The framing might be tricky, but it might be a more effective message if the camera were moved outside the house, and just far enough back to show the BG draped across the threshold, where he got stopped on his way in . . .

I have a photo with the dead hand+knife closeup, can add a spend shell. The current version is more explicit.

Model's back is to an interior door, which you can tell from a window by the knob. Threshold was somewhere else entirely, not really usable in that house.
