here is my first blackpowder gun that i built. it is .177 caliber and fires a BB or pellet with only a percussion cap as propellant. however it is fully capable of handling a powder charge (given that the powder charge is of appropriate size) it is a fun little plinker! the barrel is steel and smoothbore (you can fire shot from it with pretty decent results) the trigger and hammer are billet aluminum, the nipple is steel, the grip is white oak, the sights are iron.
