    What are you talking about?

    12 ga shotgun sabot slugs?
    .500 S&W?
    Other?
    Both?

If you can buy them and they're the appropriate diameter for the bore you intend to shoot them in, you can reload them. In fact, the best bullet I've found for my 460 S&W Mag. is the Hornady 250 gr. SST/ML (ML stands for muzzle loader) bullets allegedly meant to be shot with a sabot in .50 caliber muzzle loaders.

If you look at the bullets Hornady loads in the 450 Bushmaster and the 460 S&W, they look suspiciously like their muzzle loader bullets.

Unless Hornady has changed something, they ARE muzzleloader bullets.

    Probably not.
I don't think you can get the proper sized 12 ga. sabot's anywhere, but I haven't really looked either.
