This is a great addition to a single stage press. I put this system on my RockChucker and I'm kicking myself for not buying the conversion kit earlier. I know a lot has been said about this system, and I want to chime in and say it's a wonderful way to speed up single stage operations.
Also, my RCBS dies still fit in their original boxes with the bushings attached. I only have RCBS dies, so I can't comment on others. However, this is a great system even if you don't have a Hornady progressive press.
I plan on acquiring a Hornady AP soon, but this will fill the gap and have me ahead of the equipment curve a bit when I do finally get one later this year. They're a bit hard to find at the moment and I have 10+ months to find one and still get the 1000 free bullets.
I've read of some folks having to readjust their dies from the single stage to the AP press due to some differences. Did any of you come up with a shim to fill the gap so they can be used on each with speed and ease?
