Does Hornady not ship their shell plates in those nice sturdy plastic cases anymore?

The last one I got was in a cheap, thin plastic thing.

Probably saved them 20 whole cents per plate. Cheap #@$#@!'s

Yes, the last one I bought came in a blister like pack not the heavy plastic box. A bit disappointing.

All of mine came in a cardboard box that rips when you try to open it. Of course, none of them are the new style--I don't need the EZjector and didn't feel like upgrading the 15 shell plates I have.
I store the shell plate with the dies I use most with that shell plate.

I miss the pastic boxes but I'm sure Hornady made the change to save a few cents in packaging.

Blister packs.

I think they do this because they have the "Shell Holder" built into the die cases (and to save money).
