Ok. Looks like I have time to go priceshopping here in MA, so I'll pick up some reasonably priced ammo. Where the heck could I get the .308, though?

SW22a(borrowed), Walther P99(different that Ex-Ma's), smith 642 and a WASR10(w/ recoil buffer and peep sight) Be glad to let you try any of them.

Rockrivr does your SAR1 have any mods?

    Sorry-

The wife had surgery yesterday- the last few days have been hectic...

A: There is no limit as far as how fast you can pull the trigger.
B: Directions added to the post with the contact info "May 9th, 2005 07:06 PM"
C: If anyone wants my cell for last minute issues- shoot me a PM an I will give it to you. We have to wait at the front gate for everyone to go in together, so with any delays, a phone call would be appreciated.
D: PLEASE bring any .22 wheelies- I think that I "Have to" get one, and want to try a .22 1st...

Ex-Ma Hole, I hope your wife is doing OK from her surgery. Never a fun thing.

I was talking to my fiance last night about the shoot and I think she may be coming as well. Seems like there will be more then a few spouses there. Should be a good time.

I hope your wife is already on the way to recovering. :)

Okay, we'll be aiming to be there by 10:30, 10:45. Early is usually much better than late.

Also, Rockrivr1... my fiance said that SAR-1 is probably going to get quite the workout. She's planning on bringing perhaps 200 rounds for it. :D

Wow, I guess it will get a workout. That's OK though. I'll bring the Chinese 75 round drum mag for it and she can just fire away. :D

I just bought another 40 rounds of 30-30, and another 500 of .22.

Who's bringing a 30-30? I wonder how expensive that ammo is.... hm. Never tried a lever action, yet.

    ME!!!

    Ammo cost is relative...Compare to a .22 vs. a .50...

Feel free to play when we are there...

This is a tough decision, I would like to come to the shoot but it is 140 miles away and there is a gun show going on, on the same weekend that is 5 min from my house. I work all day Saturday so Sunday would be the only day to go. But I don’t have any money to spend on more gun at the gun show, and also I have some things on layaway at the gun store.
I have some fun guns to shoot that I would like to bring and everybody could try them out. This is what I would probably bring
    Pistols…
    Professional Ordnance AR-15 .223
    Calico M950 9mm
    Tec 9 9mm
    Cobray M12 .380

    Rifles…
    Tommy Gun .45acp
    Calico M100 .22lr
    Calico Liberty II 9mm
    Romak-3 7.62x54
    1919A4 Belt fed 7.62x51
    Norinco AK47 7.62x39 or .223
    Bushmaster Carbon 15 .223

    Shotgun
    SPAS 12 12ga

I have a bunch of old military rifle and hand guns (C&R stuff) also if someone wanted to shoot something like that, just ask and I may have it. I think that my girlfriend would bring some guns also.

PLEASE show up. You have everything on my "want to fire/own eventually" list. I do mean everything, from the belt-fed 1919, to the Thompson, to the 91/30. Even an AR-15 pistol. :D

    ....

    ....

I'm in heaven, just getting to see that many firearms (MA resident my whole life, close family is anti-gun). If I could shoot a few (2-3, whatever you have spare, I don't want to be taking loads of ammo from you) rounds through all of your and Kingson's firearms, I'd truly not know how to express my joy. :D

    Do y'all have a Single six 22LR?

That is what I am thinking of making my next purchase...

I like the "try before you by" route....

BTW: Do y'all need a big rig to get everything there? :)

The single six is a 22 mag and 22 lr, two cylinders to switch back and forth

Myself and Clocktower will be coming. My fiance is still on the fence and may or may not attend.

Kingson, I'm glad you mentioned the gun show. I forgot the Big E was having a show that weekend. Guess I'll have to go on Saturday and pick up some more ammo for Sunday. ;) Oh and by the way, nice list of items you may be bringing.

Um, Ex-Ma Hole, were gonna need some more tables just to hold all them there firearms.

My girlfreind and I will be showing up barring any unforseen thing like my car blowing up or getting lost in the wilds of New Hampshire on the way there.
