That's strange. Once I got mine right it became ultra reliable. Although I guess it IS possible that it just doesn't like CCI. Some guys are touting Aguila ammo, you might try that. I've never tried it in mine.

for the first 1000 or so rounds (I bought the gun used) CCI standard velocity worked great... the next 1000 or so if got finicky. I did notice that it did happen about the same time the price went from 4.50 to 5.99... maybe my gun is smart enough to know the diff.
