I've finally saved up enough to purchase a Dan Wesson CCO that I've been drooling over since it was released. Now that I'm about to spend $1300 on a 1911, I'm doing my research to make sure I get the best value for my money. Before I heard about Fusion Firearms I knew I was making the right choice, but this has complicated my decision a bit. However, since money is low right now, I'm leaning toward the Dan Wesson.
My question is, how durable is the Dan Wesson duty coat? I've heard very good things about the DLC IonBond, but nothing of the duty coat. I'd love to hear from you guys who carry duty coat guns.
