If you switch a supressor from pistol to rifle to whatever else you have that is threaded, how long will the threads hold up? Will they last a lifetime? Will warranty cover worn threads?
When I build an aluminum supressor I make a steel insert for the threads. Fine threads and aluminum on steel is not a "lifetime" setup for sure. I have no idea about the warranty and I am sure it varies from one place to another.
