how many calibers do you reload?

Six:
.38 Special
7.7 Jap
.380 Auto
22-250
.223
500 S&W Magnum

When I have more money and more time, I would like to load .454 Casull, .45 Auto and several other rifle/pistol rounds.

I can say that, for the time being, I am all set and don't need to load anything -- as I tend to load a lot of ammo when I have "the itch" -- then don't reload for perhaps as long as a year before I get the itch!

Since my guns are all sighted in for my loads, I hate to just go burn up ammo as I cannot afford even just the projectiles at this point (I have cases, powder and primers already on hand).

For the projectiles (pill, bullet, boolit et al.), most of what I load are Barnes X Bullets (or Triple-Shock X) which are not cheap! I may fire a couple or a few rounds on occasion, just to verify both the gun's integrity and accuracy.

I use to use Barnes 168 TTSX in my Savage 308 rifle but they shot 1 1/2 " high so I change to Hornady 165 SST and now it's right in the 8" kill zone for deer. And there a better value then Barnes.

Five, with option for a sixth.

Started with .38 Special. Added 9mm. They are still the two most common. Got a K31. Have yet to not screw up a cartridge for it, but I have dies and such, and once in a while get a bug and try it again. :D Don't shoot the rifle that often, but I don't like relying on one source (GP11) for good ammo for it.

.223/5.56 and .243 added this year, and both seem to be working out okay. Got a .357, but that's just a slightly different recipe than the .38, and it's worked out okay so far, too.

Wife has a Makarov. Might start loading for it, too.

Handgun. 9mm, 40s&w, 45acp, 38sp, and 357

Rifle. 223, 243, 30-30, 7.62x39, 7.62x54r

And more down the road.

Shotgun: 12, 20, 28 ga.; .410 bore

Handgun: .32 S&W, 9mm, .357 SIG, .380 ACP, .38 Special, .357 Mag, .40 S&W, .44 Special, .44 Mag, .45 ACP, .45 AR, .45 Colt

Rifle: .223, .22-250, .25-06, .270, .30-30, .300 Win Mag

Probably a couple more I can't think of right now.

I hadn't stopped to count then in a while, let's see:

Handgun: .25ACP, .32ACP, .32 S&W, .32-20, 9mm Luger, 9mm Largo, .380 ACP, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, .38-40, .44 Special, .44 Magnum, .45 ACP, .45 Auto Rim, .45 Colt.

Rifle: .223, 6.5 Swedish, 6.5 Carcano, 7mm Mauser, 8mm Mauser, .30 Carbine, .308 Winchester, 7.62x39 Russian, 7.62x54 Russian, 7.7mm Japanese, .30-30 Winchester, .30-06, .303 British, .577-450 Martini-Henry.

Shotgun: .410 ga., 20 gauge, 12 gauge.

So, 32 calibres or gauges, altogether. Calibres I shoot would also include .22 LR, .22 Magnum, .44 blackpowder revolver, and .50 blackpowder rifle.

Eight, and likely a couple more will be joining the ranks if I can scrape together the funds to pick up a couple more barrel burner's on the wish list. I like the magnum wheel guns and extreme velocity high powered rifle stuff. I'm absoluty struggling to get my hands on a 7mm UM at the moment.

Handguns: 9x19mm, .380, .38 Special, and 7.62x25 Tokarev
Rifles: .270, .30-06, .30-30, .257 Roberts.

I have die sets and components for 6.5x55 but no 6.5x55 rifle anymore. I have die sets and rifles for .308 and 8mm Mauser but have never actually handloaded any ammo for those :).
