Both I guess.;)

I'm 90 at heart. lol

I hate kids
Hahahahahaha :D

I'm 27. Don't know if that's "younger," but I know it's younger than some.

Bushmaster M4A3
M1938 Mosin Nagant
Ruger 10/22
Maverick 88 Field and Security shotguns
Winchester 1300
Beretta 92FS w/ Ceiner .22 kit
FNP45
FNP40
2x Kel-tec P3AT's

I'm 24 but still young enough :)

I CCW a Rossi .357 magnum snubbie, I won't list all my guns because that would take too long but among them are;

Beretta CX4 Storm carbine - 9mm
Marlin 30-30 w/ Bushnell scope
7.62x54 Mossin Nagant
Rock Island .45
Springfield Armory XD - .40 cal
& about 8 others :D

18 here, I've been shooting since I was 13, joined 4H where I really learned to shoot rifle, taught myself to shot handguns in the backyard with a Daisy DAO semi auto BB gun. Now that I'm 18 I can no longer shoot in 4H but I instruct now being a instructor in both Rifle and Handgun.

The guns I currently own are
Savage M111 in .30-06
Mosin Nagant
and a FM Hi Power that I'm gonna trade to my brother for a SIG P220

I joined this Site 2 or 3 years ago.

I'm 19 also, and my daily carry (when not at college) is a s&w 642.

Luckily I live in a state where you can get a CHL at 18.

I could too but the Police chief is just a jerk, can get one under 18 aswell. Its been known and done by others.

I'm new to these forums (about 5 minutes so far). I'm 20 and active duty military, my parents hated guns and so far I really haven't meet to many young people back home who would even think of owning a gun.

I have a Remington 700 BDL in .30-06

Man, I haven't posted here in a long time.

Anyways... I'm 20 right now and will be 21 in a few months.

My current collection consists of:

10/22 (LTR configuration)
BCM 16'' Mid-length AR-15
Winchester 94 .30-30
FN-Winchester 70 Featherlight .308
S&W Model 19
Beretta 70 .32 acp

Sorry I don't have any pics right now, I am away from my collection for the time being.

I sold off a shotgun I rarely used and I am considering trading the Win. 70 for a Stevens 200 and cash.

People are often surprised at my age and that I go to the range often. More so when I spectate shooting events.

I think it really depends on where you are from because I moved to a more conservative state and found a lot of people my age and younger are much more experienced with firearms. But I agree in that children today are being sheltered and fear mongered away from guns.

"They do pay pretty well, if you can stand small children! I can manage to tolerate them...IF I'm getting paid"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well for that kind of money I think I would tolerate quite a few annoying children....

wow, you must be a rich 21 year old! That's an awesome collection for someone so young! safe shooting.

LOL, No sir. Just a hard worker. I've had a job ever since 14.

The G17 was very cheap brand new. Got the G23 used for $280, the S&W was a gift. The CETME was $400 when I got it, the WASR was around the same, the Muzzle Loader was from a pawn shop for about $100. And the AR was $800 brand.

20 years old.

XD-9 subcompact
Maverick 88 w/ 18.5'' barrel
Remington 770 in 30-06

Working on more.

Mossberg 500 20 Gauge
Yugo SKS
Del Ton AR-15
Sig P220R

I'm 18 and have been doing as much shooting as I can every chance i can, although admitably[can't spell today and don't want to look it up] it's not as much as I'd like any more.
I only own a Mossberg 500 and an old H&R 551(? it's at my grandfathers atm and i can't remember the number specifically) Sahara .22 rifle. Although I FINALLY! found a job. so more firearms are incoming :)

I'm only 20 But have been shooting handguns since I was 9. Thanks to my dad being in the FBI and on the SWAT team! But since I moved to Arizona for school and I could buy my first handgun at 19.
Mine:
-S&W M&P .45 fullsize (My first handgun and my favorite!)
-Glock 23
-S&W Model 10-2
-"Unique" French 22lr pistol
Turning 21 soon and am going to buy a new S&W 1911PD!!

I am a younger shooter, 21 almost 22. I'm not really sure how I got into firearms, when I was 18 I just became really interested in them and got my first gun. I grew up in the South aware of guns, but not really around them. My parents had a pistol, but I didn't learn to shoot until I was about 15 and I was on a camping trip with some relatives.

Anyway a few years later I am even more in to guns and have three of my own. Once I have a larger amount of disposable income, then I will add another gun to my budding collection. But I am a college student, with a part time job so I won't have a bunch of extra money until after I am done with school.

I'm 19 and am blessed to have grown up around hunting and the safe use of guns. Most of these were gifts but I have bought a couple. I leave for basic training in a few weeks so I will get to play with some new guns :D

Beretta 92FS
CZ 452 Varmint
Remington 870 wingmaster
Remington 552 BDL
Ruger MKIII

23 here,
been shooting since i was 13 or so, but I was the first one in my immediate family to get into shooting through friends I grew up with. the old man and I have really gotten into it in the last few years and are putting together a collection...I'm more into rifles as I get older...I own a 12 ga Nova and a 10/22 personally, dad owns quite a few more...once the budget allows I will be significantly upping my personal armory...its nice to see so many my age and younger, it really is reassuring to see that shooting sports are alive and well in our age group as not many of my friends shoot. And to you older guys and gals, your advice and willingness to offer advice without condescending has been huge in helping to make sure a lot of us aren't pushed away from guns and shooting sports, even though at this point I don't think you could talk me out of it if you tried! Now, who needs a mortgage? haha, I need to buy more guns and get out shooting more often!

21. I started shooting at age 4 on a beat up old 10/22 that Dad bought years before for 50 bucks. I try to teach people age to safely handle and accurately fire both rifles and handguns every time I have the chance. I've probably introduced a dozen or so people to firearms at this point. I think it's extremely important that my generation get busy responsibly exercising our rights before we find them taken away.

My current guns that I own, although I will be purchasing a 9mm soon

410 break action (age 8)
Model 7 youth in 7mm-08 (age 10)
Model 1100 youth 20g (age 11)
Stainless Stalker 30-06 (age 15)
Ruger 10/22
Rossi 3" 357

Here is a blurry picture of some of my long guns and my dad's old high standard .22 and MK II Target

22yo here, so just above the cut-off, lol. Got into guns about a year and a half ago. I'm mostly into handguns, but currently starting to look for a good hunting rifle.

CZ 452 Military trainer
Walther P22
Sig P220 Equinox
Browning Buckmark
S&W 19-4
HK USP Compact
S&W 642-2

Just turned 18 on the 2nd of December, the only guns I own at the moment is a Mosin Nagant 91/30 and a Hi-Point 995 9mm Carbine, which I plan to trade/sell very soon.

My household was never a gun household (not to be confused with anti-gun) until I was 16. My father and I got into guns together. Never been hunting nor do I live near any family that does own guns or hunts. Now that I think of it, it kinda sucks not having a mentor about guns and hunting. Im pretty much learning everything from forums like this and a couple gun books I have.
Ex.The Encyclopedia of American gun design and performance.
Great book by the way
