how this years election will work?

stupid question,

ok, im not a specialist on the government, or politics,

but this years election you have two Democrats running, and one republican,

i could have swore only one party was allowed one canadite for election, or do i just need to get out of the hills more?

OR, are the two democratic canidates going to be singles out, via a secondary election, or something like that.

i know, before anyone starts, i SHOULD be more knowlegeable about how the government works, but i have bigger things to worry about right now,

like keeping gas in the truck, and food on the table...

The Democrats are still in primaries, but with the republicans, McCain got enough delegates to be the nominee. Once convention comes around then both parties will just have one candidate.

also, this dosent involve firearms per se,

but whats you peoples thoughts on gas prices? as we all know, the price of gas goes up, the price of EVERYTHING goes up, uncluding ammo...
