I know there are brands where you can get either a DA/SA setup or a SAO setup. So, let's say you have a DA/SA semi-auto pistol. Would it be a problem if you tapped and threaded a pretravel screw into the trigger that stopped the forward travel just at the reset, to where any shot is [in effect] a single action pull,.....and ultimately, making it a SAO? It may be where your trigger travels quite a few millimeters past the reset, thus making the travel back to the break point long and spongy. I guess....that would be a "why". Any comments would be appreciated.
