I just bought a Mosin Nagant 91/30 in good condition with all the accessories including the bayonet for $79.00 at a local farm and ranch supply store (they sell guns too). I see on the box that it came from Century Arms. They were having a sale and it is the only one I have seen around here. All in all it was a great day shopping.

Congratulations! I've been tempted to pick one up myself before they get scarce or expensive (like SKS's).

When will you get it out to the range?

Soviet rifle, strong like bear, like snow.

I've gotta clean it up and then when all this snow melts, I'm a gonna run out and shoot it.

BTW, I thinK the really good ones are in short supply already. If nothin else, I'm going to get several MORE of these fine old guns and restore them as best as I can and then have them around for my sons and SILs to shoot in case TSHTF. I've got 12 sons and SILs, and all my sons are good shooters and so are most of my Sons-in-law.

For $250, one can provide a decent rifle and 880 rounds for each defender.
