I've put about a hundred rounds thru it and it's nice.

I going to shoot it in competition this weekend.

They are nice, I currently have an XD Tactical (5") and a standard XDm, the next gun will be the XDm 5.25 in 9mm.

    Nice. Considered one.

Gonna hold out for the arrival of the FNS-9 Competition.

I got the chance to put a couple mags of ammo through one last fall. Real nice pistols!

    Good luck at the match.

I've got the XDM 4.5 and it is a tack driver. Just an excellent gun for the money. Very comfortable with lots of nice attributes.

I can only imagine the accuracy you'd get out of the longer barrel.

Well, I competed today and absolutely love this gun.

I didn't win (I never do) but not one hiccup of any kind by this XDm.

Very accurate / very easy to handle.

Another shooter (close friend) borrowed it at two stages.

    He's gonna get one now.

I'm even more excited about my new gun now.

I haven't shot the xdm series, but I own the regular xd9. I have handled the exact model you have and it feels fantastic..

I'm somewhat torn about getting another xd...I love everything about them except the "made in croatia"...I'd rather buy a MIA gun if I can, but as of right now it seems all my favorites happen to be imports (cz, caracal)

    @ InnerVision

I used to shoot my - Made in USA S&W M&P Pro 5"

This is a excellent gun ..

IMHO ever bit as good as my XDm 5.25.

I will continue to shoot both.

    You should try one.
