I think i got a deal. but what now

Bought some fiocchi hulls 100 for 6 dollars and there primed. But what is puzzling to me is the looked the be rolled already. So what I'm asking is can anybody identify these hull and tell me if there any good.

Looks like someone tried to make blank or "popper" rounds out of them. The hulls will need to be cut down to be used as the roll crimp will be impossible to remove now as far as I can tell. Someone else with more experience will possibly be able to tell you how to remove the crimp so that they can be reused but I would consider them to be unusable without a lot of futzing around. Any way to get whomever sold them to you to refund your money??

The good news is they are worth about $18 retail.
The bad news is (as stated above)vthey are training rounds for your dog and not useful for loading.
