The last one is the gun called the BUL Impact, but formerly sold under the Charles Daly Double Action name. Recently discontinued by CD.

By the by...are those PLASTIC triggers on those 1911 clones???

I was just thinking to myself today, "You know what I want? I want a 1911 with a plastic trigger.":what:

Hey, whats the website? IM in the market for a M5.

Nevermind. Found it.

Charles Daly is the distributer listed. Too bad they gotta personalize the weapon before its released for sale.

Word on 1911forum.com is July before they are available.

That second one on your first post looks like it was built from a LEGO kit!
:scrutiny:

WE had one of the CD Hot Pink ones with a S-S slide at the shop, someone broke in and stole it the other night and it's color got him caught within a day. The boss might have given it to him to get rid of it as it stayed there for months on end. He took it in on trade.

There's no accounting for taste, or lack there of. :scrutiny: About as ugly as a can full of smashed a**holes!!

See......Jimmy Buffett and guns don't mix:D :neener:

You guys must not make it out to IPSC matches very often. :p

I've got one of the Kimbers built on the BUL frame. It is one heck of a good gun.

We put men on the moon 30 years ago, but I still don't see where I can buy a plaid autopistol.

This is at least a step in the right direction.

No offense to homosexuals but can you say "Gay Gun"?

Can you say "pink Kel-Tek"??

There is a Gay gun rights group out there, the name of which escapes me at the present moment, who are our greatest allies in that ofttimes liberal, socialist, and anti-gun community!!

The fact that a gun company of any size is starting to cater to Gays is a good thing!! It means that group, who's name I still can't remember, is starting to have an effect!!!

I actually like the stars and stripes model. The other one looks like one of those toys you get with those little boxes of Japanese candy. My Kimber on Bul frame was my first handgun. Shoots great.

But, hey, guys! How could anything with those colors be considered "threatening"? They'd be just the thing for soccer moms and those in California and suchlike places who don't want to scare anybody with an evil black gun!

If Glocks and the AK stuff had been painted up like that, we wouldn't have an Assault Weapons ban, and we wouldn't have had all that yammer about undetectable handguns going through airport security!

Heck, they're just going another step forward with the "LadySmith" concept...
