I think it was last night, and in his section showing odd newspaper ads, he showed some store with a sale on ammo.

He highlighted a disclaimer "sales limited to XX boxes per customer" where XX was like 20 or 40 boxes. The audience cracked up.

I thought... Man, not worth bothering with if you can't stock up properly!

One man's joke is another man's reality!

Then he made some comment like "in case you want to attack a bunch of police departements" :cuss::banghead::mad:

I wouldn't be surprised if he has 5 high quality guns per each of his expensive cars. Rich celebrities like that don't want anybody else to have firearms except them. He's probably one of the 10 people in LA country who has a CCW license. Like Hillary, he's in the class of people who will always have the ability to protect themselves with firearms, whether it's by him personally or it's by Secret Service type security.

Jay Leno hasn't been funny in 20 years.

When Tank Johnson of the Chicago Bears was busted last year, they made a big deal of finding "over 500 rounds of live ammo" in his home.

No estimates on how much dead ammo was lying around.

I can't wait until Conan O'Brien takes over for this dork.
Yeah, 'cause he's SO much more pro gun

I'm sick of all of them ... just entertain us and leave the damn politics out!

Jay Leno isn't funny.

Conan is only funny because of his gawkish appearance, and his willingness to take shots at himself.

Dave Letterman is my choice.

I find Letterman to be a bitter obnoxious leftist toad ... as bad as Leno and O'Brein are, they aren't half as political as Letterman and not 1/10th as mean spirited.

I'll stick with watching re-runs on other channels (or better yet, going to bed at a decent time) thankyouverymuch.

Guns are easy to use, right? Just like in the movies? Why would you ever need more than one box of ammunition? Heck! The gun doesn’t even hold that many bullets!

While most people understand the desire for a defensive firearm, they don’t understand that practice is required in order to use it effectively.

After shows like this being in re-runs forever due to the writers strike, I wonder just how much of the really bad ad-libbed jokes are really comming from a group of guys in some smokey back room at NBC studios. He may just be reading the teleprompter, guys.

Anyway, most of the late nite shows have really gone down hill, IMHO.

Check out The Late, Late Show w/ Craig Fergusson. That guy's funny!

On Craig Ferguson

I have never watched his show, but I have the most enormous respect for him after seeing this clip where he refuses to attack Britney Spears, and tries to tell the audience he isn't kidding, but they do not get it.

Ferguson "People are dying, That Anna Nichole Smith woman, she died"
Audience "hahaha"
Ferguson "no, it's not a joke..."

Jay Leno hasn't been funny in 20 years.

While I am not old enough to know if it has been that long, I can say that I have never watched his show and laughed; I may have cracked a smile once or twice, but the only time I watch that show is at the end when I am waiting for Conan and don't want to miss the monologue...I hate when I miss the monologue...

I just take it at face value, while Conan has said some things that I don't agree with, it's still entertainment and that's what I watch it for. If I want to watch politics. . .Well there's not a good place to watch that either.:)

If I were to boycott everything that has had an anti-gun message or an anti-anything-I-agree-with message, for that matter, I wouldn't be able to watch TV and I love TV too much for that.:p

It's like Jeff Foxworthy's " you might be a redneck" jokes...it's funny till the punch line comes and you go "wait a minute, what's the matter with that!?"

If I had a quarter for every time that happened to me, I'd have a whole lot more guns and a private range out my back door.
