Identify rifle

    Please help identify this rifle. I have posted pics of all the markings I can find. Thank you

    Looks like an 1895 Spanish Mauser carbine, original caliber 7x57 Mauser.

    The few you show are assembly numbers or the serial (on bolt handle), and range indicators on the side of the sight. You're missing the most important markings, on the barrel shank. (Right in front of the receiver.)

    Only numbers and markings i can see are partial serial numbers on the bolt and the numbers on the rear sight are meters.
