The movie is blood diamond and the scene is at the end when he's running from the french mercenaries. He has what looks like an Colt A2 Commando with an aimpoint, but what I can't figure out is exactly is:

-What flash hider is that on his rifle?
-What flash light mount is he using?

Brand names/part#'s would be great as I want to add them to my own, rifle looks damn sexy if you ask me.

That is one of the older XM177E2 that came out during the Viet Nam war. The flash suppressor is also a noise reducer. A the time TPTB thought the XM177E2 was to loud with it's 11.5 inch (IIRC) BBL.

Funny thing is that it has a A2 upper on it.

Tough to tell from that one pic, and I have not seen the movie. The original XM177 moderators had thin slots near the front, and that one does not appear to have any slots in the pic.

It could be an XM607 moderator, which does not have any slots.
