If you want a double stack Makarov, then that's going to be a tough price to beat in this neck of the woods. However, if you are simply looking for something of that ilk, then I would personally prefer a CZ83 (or CZ82 if you don't mind a 9x18 in lieu of 9x17) as I believe they offer more bang for the buck as far as features go.

Both were offered by SOG last I check and both for around the price you listed for that particular Makarov.

But if you were looking specifically for that model of Makarov, I believe that to be a more than fair price assuming the pistol is in decent shape.

If it comes with two original non-Klinton magazines that is good price. I would think spare "bottleneck" magazines would be hard to locate. For a shooter it seems CZ 82 would make a better choice. There are lots of good deals out there. Last week I looked over 1967 vintage (factory refurbished in '98) Walther P1 with two magazines new German drop holster with flap and cleaning rod for $319. I thought hard about that one for about five minutes before I decided against that purchase (don't need another handgun).

A double stack .380 Mak? :what: Are you sure? Forgive my ignorance, but I've never seen or even heard of a double stack Mak in .380. If it's the real deal and in good shape, I'd say you are looking at quite the deal.
