I went in today to pick up a almost NIB Norinco M97 pump today off of layaway.

They had a Beretta Stampede .45C for less then $400.

Now it on layaway.

I'm sick, it's incurable but I feel GREAT. :D

Ugh. I'm feeling the single action addiction myself these days -- started out with a single six, now I've renamed the SIG fund the Gaucho Or Blackhawk Or Whatever The Guy Has In Stock Cos I Hate To Wait fund.

On the upside, you'll never have to buy parts for it (excluding, perhaps, a nice leather rig)!

So sad to hear you have the same illness as I. You'll have to live with it.
But don't panic, there are quite a few self help organizations where you can find comfort and assistance, be it the NRA, you're local shooting range, or here at THR.

And remember, with problems as big as this, it always helps to talk about it.

Sooo, where are more pics?

My name is SMLE...

And I'm an Enfield addict. I got one just because it was cheap, then I got another because it was different and then...

The specific malady I have is "Enfiedlitis", an incurable condition that leads to swelling of the gun collection.

Here is a simple self test to see if you too may be an Enfield addict.

Funny, isn't it?

Once upon a time I had no use for military rifles, and now I have many. Thought SA's were based upon watching too many spaghetti westerns, and now I have a couple of Ubertis that feel great in the hand and are a joy to pack and shoot.

They are all different, all are wonderful fun, and that reminds me that I'd better use this beautiful day to get to the range.

Enjoy!
