Inexpensive Self Defense Revolver?

My first HD gun was a S&W model 65 revolver with a 4" brl. It is a .357 but I shot .38's at the range. Non-adjustable sights, stainless, I still have it. Longer barrels are easier for someone to grab and pull it away from you. Shorter barrels aren't as accurate. Remember, it's a HD gun not a carry gun. I think it will last forever, and although it's not as sexy as an auto, it's very, very practical.
 
If you can find an old Ruger Security Six, they tend to be cheap (because they are uggg-ly) but they are tough as nails. I used to find them for less than $200 all the time. It seems that S&W's are the new Ferraris, cause the prices are crazy- even for used.:banghead:
