Does anyone know where I could find a catalog of pictures for a J C Higgins / Sears and Roebuck .410 bolt action Shotgun, it has a beautiful mahogany stock, a chrome plated bottom receiver plate, a 3 shot mag, it is chambered for 2.5" or 3" shells, I have owned this for the past 30 years. It has a model # on it, 101.750. I have spent hours searching for info on this shotgun, but can not find anything on the mag/clip fed version.

    Made for Sears by Savage.
Look for info on Springfield Model 18 .410 shotgun.

I don't think anyone has put together a book on Sears / J.C. Higgins firearms, as they were all made by major firearms manufactures, and there are plenty of books about them.

You can find store brand charts in Blue Book of Firearms, Gunsmith Kinks and some on line at Proofhouse.com
