Is the P2000 actually a little thicker than the S.K.?

Not much (1.34" vs 1.28"), but still- they both have the ambi slide release, so is the S.K. actually a slightly thinner in the frame/slide? I was thinking they were of identical width.

    Maybe a misprint.

Like the misprint on the difference in sight radius between 9mm and .40?

L.O.L. the only reason I'm suspecting it now! But since this one is slightly more plausible, I didn't want to jump to conclusions.

Ha, HK makes excellent pistols in the $800 and up range, yet they aren't sure what the dimensions on them are, chuckling.

They also have the dimensions of the HK45c incorrect on the website. It is actually around 5.0" in height and i think they list 5.59". With extended mag floorplates on it is probably closer to 5.59".

L.O.L. I know but I don't care, so long as however they measure them they do it consistently. Really just want to know if there's actually a difference in width.

But it's funny, I think Sig made an error too. If you look on sig's website, they list every P239 as having a sight radius of 5.2", except the S.A.S. P239, which is 5.7". The only possible difference is all P239's use either bar-dot OR siglites front and rear, except the 1st gen S.A.S. P239 which has a siglite front and bar rear (if that could add 1/2" between the sights). Apparently 2nd gen S.A.S. (in D.A./S.A.!!) does have standard siglites front and back- but has NOT made it on Sigs website yet, despite them already being listed for sale on G.B.

They changed slide releases. From a slim one on the S.K. when they took that picture, and (now erroneous) measurements left on H.K.'s site. Both the P2000 and S.K. come with the standard slide release now.
