I am currently engaged in a debate with someone over John Kerry's record, and I would like to know if there is a website with his and other Congressmen's records for it and for future reference.

Something like a database search, that pulls up:

Any ideas? I really dont feel like going through 30 years of congressional records just for an internet debate.

Check out this link for votes by issues:

Also check out the sites Justin mentioned, they are much more thorough; but you will have to work a lot harder to get the info too.

You can also check the Senate website as some Senators maintain a record of their votes there... of course you have to trust them not to omit the controversial ones :)
